Refund & Return Policy

At Kapda Ghar, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Custom-made, tailored, or altered garments.

Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance events.

Accessories or innerwear (for hygiene reasons).

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
3. Return Procedure
If your product meets the above eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

Email us at kapdagharjaipur@gmail.com or call +91-9829028012 within 7 days of delivery.

Mention your order number, reason for return, and include photos (if applicable).

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.

Please ensure the product is securely packed and shipped back to our address:

Note: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify condition and eligibility.

If approved, we will process an exchange or refund (as applicable).

If the item fails inspection (used, altered, or damaged), it will be sent back to you, and no refund/exchange will be issued.
5. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

Shipping charges, COD fees, and taxes are non-refundable.

In case of online payment failure or gateway delays, please allow additional processing time as per your bank’s policy.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or design (subject to availability), please mention it when submitting your request. Exchanges will be processed only once per order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Notify us immediately with photo/video proof at kapdagharjaipur@gmail.com.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed or shipped.

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once tailoring has started.
