• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after processing.

• In case of an incorrect or unavailable product, Kapda Ghar reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if applicable.

• Custom or made-to-order garments cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products, subject to inspection.

• All return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Customized or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Tailoring & Custom Orders

For custom-made garments, accurate measurements are the customer’s responsibility. Minor alterations may be offered at our discretion, but no refunds will be provided for measurement errors submitted by customers.
